PARKERSBURG, W. Va. (WTAP)- Our honoree is Devin Hefner from Parkersburg Sough High School. Devin is a captain on the basketball team. She has earned first team All-State and All-Ohio Valley Athletic Conference honors. She also plays A.A.U basketball, which has taken her to several states to showcase her talent. Devin sports a 4.3 and is active in the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and Drug Free Clubs of America. She plans to play basketball in college and pursue a career as an orthodontist.
